Interesting situation here. I've created a simple profile that extends the screen timeout to 3 minutes for certain apps, Office Suite being one of them. When I open it, the profile kicks in, but was soon as I opened a file to edit, I lose it. I'm guessing this is because the edit window is a short of overlay, so Tasker doesn't think OS is running any longer. Is there any way around this?
Beside of OpenOfficeOrg, there is another nice office suite software called KOffice. This KOffice is now reached 1.6.3 version. This free office suite for Linux comes with better GUI and more stable compared to previous version.

I recently discovered this app and after 3 years of using Android it feels like Android has a whole bunch of extra features.
My profiles are boring really but I'll share anyway.
My first profile puts my phone on silent between 2am and 10am.
My second profile turns off Bluetooth after 3 minutes of being unpaired.
hey guyz. i wanted to change the wallpaper on my xperia x10. so i touched and hold down on the screen. then, clicked wallpapers and then clicked on gallery. after that 4 options appeared: Astro File Manager, File Manager, Gallery and Office Suite. by mistake i clicked on Office suite :(:(. and it was selected as default setting.
On a recent Update My Open Office Suite became BR Office Suite - Why?
BR Office runs exactly the same as Open Office (and the interface is the same and is in English) - just the name has changed; and I am able to open all my stuff.
