http://www.linuxquestions.org – Hello All, Successfully configured ldap for user authentication via ldap 389-directory on centos6 and using another centos6 host and my home nfs exporter. Everything works fine Except when a new user is created in ldap there is no directory created on the nfs exporter. The only solution is to manually create the directory. If the new user logs in they are pleasantly dumped into / Could not chdir to home directory /home/jbox: No such file or directory -bash-4.1$ pwd / Is there any elegant solution for autofs to create the directory if none is found? cat /etc/automaster /home /etc/auto.h (HowTos)
