If you are a South Park freak and love to watch the long running series marathon-style, you will have to pay Hulu Plus a visit and pony up the $8 monthly fee for the privilege. I don't have this problem using Netflix or any other streaming app. I have the stutter issue in Hulu on low and high quality. When I use the Hulu app on my ipad everything works great. I use the Astrill VPN app on both my tablets.
Up until today, Hulu’s mobile app was mostly useless for anyone who didn’t want to cough up 8 bucks a month for Hulu Plus. You were free to watch ad-supported shows on your computer’s browser — but once you went mobile, you were out of luck.

Subscribers to the Hulu Plus service, Hulu’s paid subscription service, who also own a Chromecast or have one on order, will be pleased to learn that Hulu is working to bring support for Chromecast to their Android and iOS apps. Presumably Hulu will also be building in native “casting” support to their normal player similar to Netflix or YouTube on the computer.
