I want download ghc6. But, when I type
sudo apt-get install ghc6
sudo apt-get -f install ghc6
sudo apt-get install --reinstal ghc6
it gives same error:

When I try to install qt-sdk I get the following output:

I was trying to install Chinese(traditional) language pack, but it comes out an unmet dependency error.
I have tried sudo apt-get install -f then sudo dpkg --configure -a and sudo apt-get update using the official server already, but the problem still exists.

I want to install testdisk to ubuntu 10.04 LTS but i'm getting an error. Any help? Here is the output:
