I want to suspend application like use "kill -STOP".
Find application PID then use terminal type command with on screen keyboard, it is pain.
Any application can do that?
hi everyone, I have a little problem with my laptop.this is the way I suspend my laptop: I open a terminal and type "sudo pm-utils", suspends perfect, then I push the power button, everything resumes fine, but if I don't stop kill the pm-suspend command (ctrl + c) the laptop go to suspend again. there is a way to avoid this?
I am planning to write an application that keeps tracks of all the applications and halts or suspends the process of an application if it is consuming more CPU time or consuming more threads than necessary. My question is can we halt or suspend other applications process that is running continuously in the background with our application?
