http://www.tuxopia.net – To commemorate the 40th Anniversary of the Apollo 11 Mission, NASA has released the source code of the software for the Apollo Guidance Computer, that helped man set foot on Moon, under the GNU GPLv2 license. The Apollo Guidance Computer (AGC) was the first recognizably modern embedded system, used in real-time by astronaut pilots to collect and provide flight information, and to automatically control all of the navigational functions of the Apollo spacecraft.
