By default on mac os, with two fingers I can do this:
-leave a finger on the mouse pad, and move another finger, and still be able to move the mouse
-two finger scrolling requires both fingers be moving
this is handy, as sometimes (because the trackpad is so large, I leave my thumb on the "button" (or any other fingers depending on how I'm sitting) for clicking, as clicking AND moving the cursor
Pardon the horrendous title, I'm not exactly sure how to summarize the issue I'm having. Basically, I have synaptics, and I right-click by tapping two fingers on the touchpad because my touchpad doesn't have any buttons.
I have a Logitech multi touch T650 and what i have figure out that this this multi touch is been treated just like a mouse.
So i got the note 2 yesterday and im having a little annoying issue with the S pen. when im using the S pen, clicking on screen etc, the next object im hoving over thinks im clicking it so it open up that options. Example is when im scrolling though the app meny and then i stop and hover over an app, and that app starts. it doesnt happen all the time, maybe around 50% of the time.
I am trying out live xubuntu on my samsung n150 (netbook, similar to eeepc). So far everything seems perfect, except for this one thing.
When I am clicking the mouse while moving the cursour, the click event is delayed. This is extremely annoying when i try to to move windows, because i end up clicking the window behind the window i am trying to move and thereby changing focus.
I have an Acer 3810T. One of the biggest problems is that the touchpad goes berserk unless I am essentially flipping the ceiling off while I use it. When I am using it, if another finger gets within about a quarter of an inch, the mouse cursor bounces all over the screen, clicking random things, highlighting text etc.
I just switched from gnome 32bit to KDE 64 bit 9.04, and I have a problem now. My touchpad on the laptop is very sensitive.. I have to disable clicking with the actual pad (not the buttons but the pad you touch to move the mouse around)... if I don't disable this, it ports my cursor around from random "mouse clicks" from the palm of my hand.
I've been having an issue with clicking and dragging icons and windows on my desktop. What ends up happening is I will click and hold on an icon and begin to drag it. The icon does not move. I let go of the mouse button, click on it again, and it immediately opens up (almost like it was double clicked).
Hi ,
Ever since I upgraded to Fedora 17 from Fedora 14, single clicking my mouse has become very difficult. Single click registers as a double click 70% of times. All the settings that I see have to do with delay between 2 clicks to be considered a double click, but here I am not making 2 clicks.
