I am experiencing an issue with Visual Studio Ultimate 2013 hanging with a "Waiting for Operation to Complete" message whenever I launch it.
This dialog appears every time I launch Visual Studio and never disappears. As of the writing of this post, Visual Studio has been doing this for a half-hour. This is my fourth attempt at trying to get Visual Studio to start.
Can I use the GUI program about sending and receiving serial data and show it on GUI, that was wrote on Window(Visual Studio) on Linux platform using mono Framework.

I'm running Windows 7 professional, installed Microsoft Visual Studio Express 2013. Now, I got to work with development of android applications in c# and I want to do it in Visual studio Express edition.
