http://androidforums.com – Hey guys, I am looking for a app that will allow me to track my tablet's location in case it gets lost or stolen. The problem is that it is a tablet, and it seems all of the apps I can find (except "prey" which just flat out didn't work) want to use sms to request the gps location from the phone. Obviously my tablet does not have sms, so I need to find one that uses push notifications. (also it would be nice if it were free or at lease a one time fee, not this monthly subscription BS) It should work that when my tablet receives a push notification, it doesn't actually display a no (General)

hey guys there's 2 apps here that you should check it out. my personal favorite is cerberus anti theft it does cost 3 dollars after 15 day trial.. they both have basic the same future

I recently installed a P3110 in my car as a car pc. Everything is working fine and it was a lot easier to do than I thought!

Anyways, I'm stuck on one thing; I want to be able to use the tablet as a hands-free for my phone.

Hey guys, this is my first post and I'm sorry if it's in the wrong category. If it is, please feel free to move it accordingly. :) So, this is my situation. I own a Samsung Galaxy Player 4.2. A great feature on the device is that I'm able to connect it to my cell phone(not a smart phone, I call it a dumbphone) over a bluetooth connection and take and make calls on it.

I'm having problems with certain apps on my 4.0.3 tablet.

I can download BBC iPlayer and media player but when I open them it says that iplayer cannot be accessed outside of the UK.

I have a Problem with my Galaxy Tablet 8.9 Wifi Only with Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.4. I've found a Tutorial here on xda (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1582943). Than i've flashed my Tablet.

During flashing no problems. After flashing the ics FW, I started my tablet. I thougt, "fine it works! very smooth.

Hello everyone.

I have an Acer Iconia 7" A100 8GB Tablet with version 4.0.3 and a new Motorola Razar M from Verizon. I have attempted to try and tether using Pdanet Tablet and FoxFi with both Wifi and Bluetooth, but they both do not work. The Wifi says it is Obtaining the IP Address, but never receives it.

F16 on tablet PC 1 year 2 days ago

Recently installed F16 on a tablet PC, previously running Win7. Not set up as a dual boot, which is how I wanted it. Installed through a Live CD (didn't have any blank DVD's... lol)

Anyway, Everything seems to work fine, EXCEPT when I flip the screen around and go from "laptop mode" into "tablet mode".
