Another system tray nm-applet problem

http://crunchbanglinux.org – Initially the network manager icon showed up fine in the system tray, but after a few modifications it has disappeared. Wireless is still working fine though.I have put back to their original settings tint2, Openbox autostart, and checked out the threads dealing with the double nm-applet problem (http://crunchbanglinux.org/forums/topic … mapplet-s/)The strange thing is, there is no mention of network manager in either Openbox autostart or /etc/xdg/autostartAny ideas what I've done wrong? I haven't made any major changes except for the Nvidia driver installation. (HowTos)

Normally, i follow the sticky in this section (http://crunchbanglinux.org/forums/topic … an-stable/)to install my drivers, and it works great for my desktop. However, i got a new laptop, and after going through the same process, I cant get it to work. Like i said, i have a GT 540M, so I'm not sure what package to install.

Nvdidia install troubles. 2 years 36 weeks ago

Hello,I followed the nvidia driver installation guide here: http://crunchbanglinux.org/forums/topic … r-squeeze/ . Everything seemed to work very well, but it did say there was no xconf file yet. Problem is, my resolution seems to be altered. I adjusted openbox and conky to font 7 because it was quite large in font 9.
