http://stackoverflow.com – I am an Android beginner and I need some help. According to the ANDROID SDK MANAGER, ARM EABI v7a System Image API 17 is installed in Eclipse Mobility on a Windows 7 32 bit desktop computer. However, when I attempt to run my app, I get a message:No compatible targets were found. Do you wish to add a new ANDROID VIRTUAL DEVICE? When I click YES, the Android Device Chooser does not show Android 4.2 API 17. Clicking REFRESH does not do anything useful. Going to the AVD MANAGER, I attempted to create a new AVD as follows: AVD NAME avd4_2 TARGET Google APIs (Google Inc) API LEVEL 17 CPU ABI (HowTos)
