i am working on one android app in which i want to access/monitor/control my android device remotely from web site.

To develop such app on my own,what steps/procedure should i follow.

I need step by step guidance for this. I want to develop complete app on my own without using any app internally. I am unable to find any such help on internet. Everyone mention to use already available app.
