I have a Brother MFC7460DN. It prints my pages shifted to the upper right. On my parallel Ubuntu 12.04 installation everything works fine. I have tried various workaround but none works. It already filed a bug but would appreciate if anyone had any ideas for a workaround for this problem. My page size is correctly set to A4 even in the 7460...rc file.

Certain pages within my document are completely made up of hidden text. Each page commences with Heading 2 style and starts on a new page.
The Table of Contents updates and removes each hidden page, however, the page itself is still printing - as a blank page.
How can I stop the page from printing?
We are facing an issue while setting up printers in solaris 5.10 . We have Oracle EBS installed over it. We have configured the printer and when we try printing a page from EBS it is printing fine. But the problem arises when we print two copies of the page.
Test page prints perfectly, but when I try to print anything else the printer goes through all the motions of printing the document, but the pages come out blank. I've tried printing from LibreOffice, Document Viewer and gedit, all with the same result.
I am trying to print 4 copies of the same image on one sheet of paper. Saw that Shotwell was recomended and have tried using the "Image Settings" then "Autosize" but it still only prints one image on the page (it does seem to resize it though, just not add the other photos).
