[all variants] Disable Mouse Input Whilst Typing

http://ubuntuforums.org – There are TONS of threads about disabling Synaptic recognized devices when one's pounding away at the keyboard, but my HP Mini's touchpad is recognized as a IMPS/2 protocol mouse... A mouse with a scroll wheel. It works very well that way, but for the inability to disable it without simply purging the drivers (with rmmod!), and then reloading 'em when I want to use the device. Is there an automated way of disabling mouse input? There's simply no way to get the software to recognize the device on my computer as Synaptic device, so there's no way to use that configuration util (Hardware)
