Hello, I am running Ubuntu from a DVD to see if I would like to switch to it. Being totally unfamiliar with the OS, apart from what little I've picked up since last night, I have very little knowledge of how to make things work.
My primary language is English, but I absolutely must be able to type in simplified Chinese characters, because I am learning Chinese for school.
I started to use linux mint 13 mate a few days ago. What frustrates me most is that I can't found anywhere to change my input language. In windows, it is easy, just Ctrl + Shift. How can I configure the input and switch between them? Specifically I need a Chinese Traditional Input - Quick.
I just receive the AT&T Galaxy S5, too bad it does not have Chinese as its system language (not the input language). I see that the AT&T version is the SM-G900A while, for example, I can download SM-G900F (which may have Chinese as the system language) from Sammobile.com. Question is, can I directly ODIN the SM-G900F firmware into this SM-G900A phone?
Please anyone recommend me a touchwiz based rom with fully Chinese language in settings and all the touchwiz app(including home screen, contact, gallery, etc). I'm using rocketrom which built-in chinese language and tried morelocal2 but still cannot change fully to chinese. Anyone? ;)
Can anyone point me in the right direction on 'how to have a chinese onboard keyboard' in Ubuntu 12.04? I have the language changed and am able to type chinese in libre writer but I am trying to get a MSW like onboard keyboard so I can see and build the caricatures/words(bopomofo).
