Is it somehow possible to listen to touch gestures on an ActionbarSherlock?
I would like to recognize swipe gestures on the Actionbar in order to "pull down" a pulldown menu from the top of the display.
In my attempt to solve a question I posted a while ago (Google Chrome ActionBar swipe), I decided to give ActionBarSherlock a go as I felt this would give my the best chance at what I'm trying to achieve.
I used the other posts on this site to learn how to do swipe/fling gestures. However, I want the default action to be performed on a regular click when they don't do a swipe. Anybody know how to do this? Because the swipe's OnTouchListener seems to override the regular touch action performed.
I'm looking for a browser where I can swipe in from the left/right to go back/forward. That's the only gestures that I want. Like in webos with the gestures patch. Is there one in android like this? I tried the browsers with gestures like dolphin but I don't want to press a button to go to a gestures screen then make my gesture.
I would like to change the touch swipe gestures for a Dell Venue 8 Pro. Similar to this quesiton: Modify or disable Windows 8 swipe gestures on touchpad / laptop however the hardware does not support the synaptic driver. It is some windows internal device (no driver listed under the HID touch screen device).
I want to know what kind of 12 and 3 finger gestures I can make it in some programs but they don't tell you about how soon I also would like to know if um umm the multi-touch the 10 touch screen I've is there any gestures that you can use all 10 fingers is there anything you can use motion detection on tour maybe can give you screen react to the change in pressure um I'm totally new to this world
I converted some code from ActionBarSherlock to ActionBar Compat using android support v7 appcompat library.
My ActionBar code is working fine. But I also had some ActionBarSherlock IcsSpinners outside of ActionBar in my fragment and I wanted those spinners to be the same ICS style as before with ActionBarSherlock.
