1) I chose USA keyboard with the Euro symbol on the 5 key. There is a error in the title (Extra right parenthesis on the right). Microsoft has already been distributing (in conjunction with laptop manufacturers), to include the Euro on the E key.
Is anyone writing on a powerpc? I have tried the different keyboard layouts but cannot make some keys behave the way they should. I have a Norwegian Keyboard and have trouble with the dollar symbol, euro money symbol (they are not there at all), and and the two dots ¨ you put above some letters like a, o, ¨, it does not appear where they should?
Hi,
I've installed Karmic on a HP G61 notebook. It has a numeric keypad type keyboard.
The keypad part works when you switch off "Pointer can be controlled using the keypad" in System ? Preferences > Keyboard (Mouse Keys tab) + switch ON numlock.
The keyboard layout for the QWERTY part of the keyboard is not 100% correct.
I have a problem with NX Free, when I connect to shadow session I have different keyboard layout in it (I can't use arrow keys etc.)

but then I don't have polish characters on my laptop :\
When I add:
Code:
Section "InputDevice"
Hello,
I decided to try out the alpha and it's really nifty, cheers for all the effort you've put into it!One thing that confused me for a little bit (and the reason I registered on this forum: to ask!) is how to set up the keyboard for UK (GB) layout. Eventually I figured it out myself and decided to post anyway in case anyone else has an issue with it.
I have been running Statler Alpha 2 on my Asus EeePC 1005HA for several months and would be 100% satisfied with it if not for one glaring peculiarity - there are certain keys that I must hit twice in order for them to echo once - whether in a terminal or a browser. The keys are apostrophe, double-quote, tilde and back-tic (`). This happened both before and after running "sudo dpkg
