I want to use my Note 2 for presentations, but not all projectors have HDMI input yet. Is there a way to chain a HDMI to VGA adapter to the MHL to HDMI adapter? Or exists a working MHL to VGA adapter for the Note 2?
(I saw in another thread that not all MHL to HDMI adapters are compatible with the Note 2 - how can I tell?)
Thanks in advance,
yatohese
I have both a genuine Samsung MHL adapter and the S2 mhl adapter with the 5pin to 11pin converter and I've seen both of these work on other phones.
However, I can't get my video out working on my S3. Both of them connect and bring up active charge and indicate onscreen that "HDMI cable connected". So I know the adapter and cable is being detected but no signal on HDTV.

First off, I'm not a super techy techy kinda guy, so I am not going to attempt to sound like one. My wife and I recently purchased the top 2 tmobile smartphones (HTC Amaze for her, Galaxy s2 for me).
Does anyone know if the original Galaxy Tab 10.1 accessories (charger, USB adapter, HDMI adapter) work with the Note 10.1? Thanks!
Hi all,
first of all I would like to compliment you on this great forum. I am new here as a registered member, but in the past the forum could already help me a lot of times :p
However, this is not the case for my current issue, thats why I decided to register and post my first thread.
I am using a Dell All-In-One Computer with Ubuntu.
I want to push my video to my tv via hdmi. What part do I need to do this? I am having a hard time locating the required part number.
Thx
Scot
Now that Ill have a S3, Just was wondering, I saw the adapter I need for USB. But can this work with the HDMI at the same time? Would be neat at home to have my dock, using the hdmi adapter on it, then plug the usb otg to that.
Good day.
Earlier this year my son purchased a Note 2.
I'd like to be able to use a keyboard, mouse, USB hard drive, and HDMI simultaneously.
Is this possible?
I have a 50% off cupon for Samsung accessories. I see they have a dock/keyboard combo I can purchase. The keyboard has a Samsung connector on it.
