Are there any earphones for Galaxy S2 with which you can actually control playback and volume? Even my old-age Nokia had this.. Does it depend on the media player I use? Thanks a lot for any help.

Please help. I got a sprint galaxy s4 maybe about a month ago. I truly love the phone but out of nowhere I get a strange issue. I haven't used my Samsung earphones all day until now and the volume is Very low. I tuned the volume settings to its highest and it is still very low for some reason. My Samsung earphones are the only earphones I have at the moment.

Hello, I need an answer to my troubles. When I turn on the music player I can control the media volume with the volume controls on the side. When I close the media player the volume controls do not go back to controlling the ringer/notification volume (Sound/Vibrate/Mute). Instead they still control the media volume. Any suggestions?

Does anybody know how to fix this?
I have bought an iPod shuffle 4th gen and was wondering about its earphones' quality. From your personal experience, can anyone tell me whether the earphones that come with the iPod itself are of good quality like Bose or not? Or are the earpods better? I dont need the mic and controls. Just the sound quality. Is it acceptable?
I'm looking for good In-Ear-Monitors, $50-$100 quality which have a working microphone, action button and volume up/down. I can't find a single pair. This is highly strange. For some reason all the decent earphones are made for iDevices...
