I'm not sure what's the situation now, but you may not get the logo - neither the penguin nor Arch logo:* https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=120516* https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=122778* https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=124730

When using Ubuntu, I don't know that I really knew exactly what X was...Arch has taught me Linux in it's purest form, plus I learn more everyday!

It depends if they are run by the same user.If not check if your home/<user> map is owned by you, also you could try.chown -r sabnzbd:sabnzbd /home/netThis will recursivly set all maps to be owned by sabnzbd.I'm sorry if I make little sense, I'm just bad at explaining.

Hi Guys, I am wondering if any of you have come across on some good recent tutorial on setting up snort on Arch. The one over here: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Snortis kind of out dated and there isn't a set up guide for Arch on snort's website. I've tried to set it up by using different bits and pieces of information from everywhere but it didn't work out.
trizcuit, welcome to Arch. Please show us all the partitions you have now, and what they are being used for. Then we might be able to give you some useful advice. And you might want to do a little reading. Here is a good place to start: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Partitioning
