I know that when you put contacts into your android phone, it automatically syncs them to your Gmail account and you can import or export them yadda, but I'm on my computer on my Gmail account and I cannot find any of my phone's contacts!
Google’s Calendar app is pretty fantastic. It integrates cleanly with Gmail, it’s well-designed and organized, and the mobile apps are top-notch. To make it even better, the Gmail team is adding holidays from 30 new countries to their Calendar app, ranging from Australia to Brazil.
Like all Google improvements, this update is going to roll out in phases over the next few days.
i have a tmobile samsung galaxy s3 and i swear ive tried everything to transfer my contacts to my gmail. I've set my phone contacts so only the gmail contacts show, but when i log into my gmail from my laptop it doesnt show any contacts. The contacts on my phone even have the gmail sign next to it, but its just not showing up in the physical gmail.com
I've had an LG Spectrum (4.0.4) for the past two years, and upgraded to the G2 (4.2.2) about month ago. I love the new phone except for one thing; the total inability to search for Gmail-synced contacts. I use GMail as my primary store for mail, contacts, and calendar, and with the Spectrum, it was a piece of cake to be able to sync contacts, and then search for them in my contacts list.
