I can install Safestrap 3.72 (Safestrap-JFLTE-3.72-kk-B01.apk) and then install and use the custom recovery without a hitch. However, once the custom recovery has been installed and the phone is rebooted, the Safestrap GUI app no longer runs (I want to run it in order to uninstall the custom recovery, and the manual instructions for uninstalling from a shell prompt that I found here didn't work).
I installed Safestrap onto my GS4 in hopes of installing a ROM to get ride of touchwiz. I found a safestrap compatible ROM and installed it through safestrap. Now I cant boot into the system. I wiped all data and cache and factory setting. When ever I restart, sometimes it says: [Safestap: Disabled] or [Safestrap: enabled]. I tapped continue on both and just doesn't work.
Just got a used Razr M that was rooted with safestrap 3.05 v. 220.127.116.11. I unrooted the phone and can't seem to get rid of safestrap. There's no app icon or apk on the phone for me to uninstall safestrap. I was going through the recovery menu and could not find anything on how to remove safestrap.

New Safestrap is available. I like it so far. Do not install it if you are currently on your safe side, go back to your stock rom and install it. Seems quicker so far and it's refreshing to finally use something other than CWM. Up to 4 ROM slots!

Was able to root and use safestrap to install Hyperdrive. Played with it, now i want to go back to stock
In safestrap I click uninstall recovery and it seems like it goes through the motion of uninstalling. Also go into app manager and remove from there. On reboot i still see safestrap. I am able to boot back into my stock Verizon rom.
