I got home from work and it was really cold in my room which is where I left my computer, when I turned it on it was like a green color and it freaked me out so i turned it off and turned it back on the color was still off but came in after a little bit. My questions are why did it do this, will it mess it up, and was it because I didn't let it warm up in a warmer room first.
Wondering if 2 Way 980 SLI is an upgrade over 3 way 780Ti? My thought was that the current going price of the 780Ti used on ebay is around $400 to $450. So my 3 could easily be sold in order to buy two 980's. In a couple months the price might drop further on used 780Ti's.
I think I seriously screwed up. I reinstalled windows, because AMD drivers messed up my registry beyond repair.
When I restarted the computer after the Windows configuration was finished, I freaked out, grub is completely gone and Windows boots itself automatically. What did I do? I know that the Ubuntu partitions were untouched, so the OS must be fine, right?
I just picked up a 3rd 780Ti cheap. I already have a Corsair AX1200.
This is my current setup:
4930K @ 4.5ghz
Rampage IV black edition
Haf X case with all the fans
Corsair H100i cooler
EVGA 780TI SLI
Is the AX1200 going to be enough for that 3rd 780TI?
I've posted in a few other forums out there and I get mixed responses.
