I have an LG -E405 phone running Android 2.3.6.

As can be seen here, the phone has 1GB internal memory and 384Mb RAM.

When I look at default App manager, this is what I get,

RAM - 231Mb System Memory - 157 Mb. Internal Memory - 378Mb. SD Card - 2Gb.

Also, all the applications I install, by default take up space from System memory.

I'm not sure if this is in the correct section or not but I am having a very irritating and annoying issue with AT&T. I previously had a Moto Atrix 2 that ended up ****ting out on me due to faulty hardware (and then Moto wouldn't honor their warranty) so I bought the Sony Xperia ion since I have always liked Sony and their products.

I'm trying to locate a driver to access my memory card inside my Sony Ericsson Walkman phone. I have ubuntu 12.04 and it doesn't seem to recognize it.

Slighly confused by the internal memory on the S2.

I thought it had around 16GB of internal memory but when I checked...setting/storage/ it shows internal memory as Total Space =1.97Gb Apps 238MB Available as 1.70GB

So this adds up to only around 3.9GB ????

Any ideas where the rest is.....

I run XFCE4 on Ubuntu 11.10.

When I plug in a USB memory stick, I get two new windows popping up, both showing the contents of the memory stick. One is Thunar (which I want) and one is nautilus (which I don't).

Before I plug in the stick, nautilus isn't running at all. Something is spawning it, but I don't know what, or how to stop it.

I have a Sony Xperia J phone..May be you are aware that since the Internal Memory of the phone is portioned, one will be recognized as phone memory and the other as SD card...

Since this SD card is not really the External SD card, all the media files of WhatsApp will be stored here and consumes internal memory a lot..

Hi. I used s2e to move everything to my SD-ext. Everything I install will go to the SD-ext and my phone internal memory is empty. Can I make all my other apps go to the internal memory and some apps at the SD-ext?

I have a Sony Xperia TL with an Internal Memory of 10GB. Recently it's been telling me to transfer date to an SD Card which I don't have on my phone because I feel 10GB is sufficient for me at the moment. This morning it told me my Internal Memory is 75% full. But when I checked the settings on my phone is said I still had 9GB of the 10GB free. Could someone help with this? Thanks!
