Hello all,
I recently installed 'midnightrom' (S-on) and Im loving it. Id like to make a FULL backup image of my device using 4ext (full version). How do I do this? The website is vague. What I would like is a full backup of everything so that if I try another rom and dont like it I can always restore back to the EXACT spot I am now.
Having a bit of trouble with my Evo 4G, I was on Harmonia 3.17 when I installed 4EXT, the only other thing ive done to my phone till this poin is:::

It's fairly common that people install TWRP 1.x through a root guide, then later install 4ext recovery.
I had never used TWRP in my life, but I was curious as to how it ran, so I installed it. My opinion? It's a great recovery. Very intuitive, easy to use.
One thing that I thought was fantastic was my backup was about 750mb smaller through TWRP, using their built-in compression.
i search for a way, to make a complete backup. Because i will test some other roms.

I have 2 files that need to be compared. Email the differences if something is different and don't email if nothing is different. One or both of the files could be empty. One or both could have data in them.
example files
backup.doc.$(date +%y%m%d) file size is 0
backup.doc.$(TZ=CST+24 date +%y%m%d) file size is 412
or vice versa
Any help would be appreciated.
The actual backup folder (the folder which name is the date the backup was created) size is 17mb. while the "blobs" folder located on the clockworck mod folder is 929mb...
is this normal ?
PD: in fact, i have other nandroids stored on my pc which the backup folder is like 700mb-1gb, and there is no "blobs" folder.
