Please, suggest if there is a way to disable my phone sending preset SMS if call is not received by me. I am using 4.1.2 on my x10.

Hey guys! Im really annoyed that notifications will disturb while I'm on call. I searched on a few android forum, the solution would be to go to the dialer- settings- disable notifications. However I don't have this option. Can anyone help me out please?
(Additional question: is there an option for the phone not to put ongoing viber calls on hold when there is an incoming regular call?)
I am using Nexus 4 running on Kitkat 4.4.4 and facing a weird issue since a few days.
Whenever there is an incoming call, I can only hear the ringtone/vibrations but no display.
If I press the power button, I can not see the incoming call screen. So, I can not receive the call at all, even if I unlock the screen.
When I try to answer a call when I'm already in a call this pop up window come up. It askes me if I want to end the current call or place it on hold. It's especially annoying when I'm driving. Swiping the screen is already confirming I want to accept the call, why do I have to double confirm. The pop up box is so small and when I have my phone mounted it's hard to aim the selection.
I'm using Android 4.3 on Samsung Note 2, and the lock screen frequently is present when I finish a call. I have no need to secure my phone under these circumstances. How do I disable the appearance of the lock screen during calls?
Also, the screen goes black when I hold the phone to my face during a call, even though Settings | My Device | Call | Turn off screen during calls is unchecked.
I would like to disable the notification the appears when a call is automatically rejected, as if the person never called. I have tried the App Ops Stater, but it disables all call notifications as opposed to just the rejected ones. I would still like to know if I miss a call, etc. Would anyone be able to help me?
I have an XT1053 running Android 4.4.3 (KXA21.12-L1.21) on T-Mobile.
I noticed a strange problem recently. Whenever I am using the phone (i.e. the screen is on), and I receive a call, the phone rings/vibrates as usual but the incoming call dialog does not pop up on top of whatever I am doing.
Seems some dust is stuck up on my i747s proximity sensor. I will get it cleaned at a later point, but for now I need to disable the proximity sensor. The phone screen just turns off as soon as I dial a number and wont come back up until the call has disconnected. So cannot access the screen while on call.
