http://forum.xda-developers.com – Hi all, I did something stupid. I wanted to modify camera .apk to delete focus sound but I did not backup original .apk and now I dont have camera on my phone. It wont let me install modified .apk and I dont have original one-stupid I know. If someone could give me the original camera .apk from 4.0.3 original rom I would appreciate it,thank you. (HowTos)

Does anyone have a good recommendation for a camera that well-supports tap to focus?

I'm usually back and forth between CM9 and CM10 and I use either the stock Camera in Cyanogen or Camera ICS+ and neither of them seem to support tap-to-focus.

Please tell me if I'm wrong! I'm sure that I used to be able to take a photo by pointing the camera at the subject, touching the screen at the point that I wanted it to focus, and then it would auto focus and take the shot. Now I have to focus it as above and then touch the camera shoot button.

Have I gone mad or can someone please help? Thanks

The original mod is over in the i9300 forums by UnKnown (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1746611. I have tried this mod as is and I found that i could change storage from internal to external sd but when I tried to record video is 1080p the camera would fc.

I own both a O2x and a galaxy r (both tegra 2). Yesterday i installed the lg camera from playstore om my galaxy R and noticed that i could refocus during video capture by touching the screen. I installed the app on my 2x but it didnt work.

My phone use "[ROM]Xperia Ice Cream Pureness[Build 13][ICS 4.0.4][NeoV][09.27][LOCKED/UNLOKED BL]" without factory reset and wipe cache, and after I setup it My camera couldn't run anymore. It shows "Unfortunately, camera has stopped" and back to home, then I flash Sony's original ftf , but it's invalid. what should I do now? Sorry my English is suck.
