I'm using Google Chrome on Ubuntu12.04. Whenever I go to the Chrome webstore to install an extension, I think it opens a window right under the Chrome Window and I'm unable to access it. So, I cannot install any extension on Google Chrome in Ubuntu.
Anyone else has seen this? How do I check if there is a window under the browser window?
i've instaled ubuntu with unity by default, but compiz + java develop sucks in a ATI graphic card, so, I instaled the xubuntu-desktop package.
The problem is: in google chrome (wich i use to test my web apps), when I press CTRL+F5(clean cache and refresh), it simple do nothing.
I think this is some issue with XFCE keyboard shortcuts.
Anyone know how to solve it?
thanks in advance.

The same thing doesnt happen in Firefox though.Occassionally in the past, when navigating to one of my own local websites, when I've got the setup wrong, I've had a chinese site come up.
Every time Chrome is updated, it reverts to opening small screen [NOT maximised]. This is very irritating.
In order to reset it to open maximised, you need to change the general command parameter in /usr/share/applications.
Find the Google Chrome icon [desktop configuration file] and right click (clack).
Select properties, which shows the basic properties.
