Does any developer know of a way to substitute the stock kernel in a note 2 with one that allows the app2sd init,d script.

my note 2 is rooted and has CWM but other than that no other changes.

I upgraded to CM10 a few months ago (Android version 4.1.1, Kernel version 2.6.39.4 -cyanogenmod) and I'd like to upgrade to one of the newer builds. Preferably (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1786696 )

Can I just boot into cwm and flash the new zip? Or do I have to go through the whole boot.img thing again and wipe everything?
