I previously rooted my nexus 7. Now, probably because of the latest update, it does not appear to be rooted.

I originally rooted it with the "Nexus Root Toolkit v. 1.5.5 by WugFresh".

It used to be called the Galaxy Nexus Root toolkit, but with version 1.5, it’s now called the Nexus Root Toolkit because it supports all Nexus devices, including the Nexus 7. WugFresh is famous for giving us the quick and easy way to unlock and root the Galaxy Nexus as well as flash it back to stock and re-lock it.

My nexus is unlocked and rooted. I'm using nexus root toolkit v1.6.2 and I have twrp on my nexus. I have tried updating through system settings by going to apps/google play services and cleaning the cache data, then going to "about tablet" and checking system update.

Since I'm new to this forum I was not allowed to post on the developers threat, so I made a new one hoping some one could help me.

My new nexus 7 arived a few days ago and I had rooted it using the Nexus root Toolkit 1.5.4.

The Nexus 10 may not be selling as well as LG’s Nexus 4, but that hasn’t detracted from its surmountable capabilities.

Since the Google Nexus 7 tablet was made available at Google I/O only a few days ago, some attendees (or others who have managed to get their hands on one) have been very busy.

Hi, I have just unlocked my bootloader and rooted my Nexus 7 on 4.2.1 JellyBean. Everything was successful, until now. I backed up with the root toolkit before unlocking the bootloader. After rooting was completed, I tried to use the "Restore" option on the toolkit. Everything works, until it just freezes.
