I search the net and didn't find anything.
I have the printer

Everytime I try to print, there's an error (with the red icon) saying Printer queue stopped (700). I delete it and reinstalled it and saw that it installed a ppd file.
Printer is working with ubuntu.
What can I do now?
I'm having trouble getting my networked printer to print and am hoping someone can lend some advice. I'm running openSUSe 11.3 on a laptop and the printer is connected to my desktop which is running Windows XP. I have the printer and several folders and drives shared. I can see the folders and drivers on my laptop but I cannot get the printer to actually print.
An example is when I queue a bunch of print jobs, it prints 1 or 2 jobs, but each successive job disables the printer, so I have to go into the Printing icon under Other in the Apps menu, and physically enable the printer.
I am working with an old CentOs version (5.0), that is not really my machine.
Recently, for some dark reasons, I have problems in printing.
The jobs rest in queue, and I can not cancel them from the bar icon.
I have tried with some terminal commands (cancela -a ask for a pwd which I don't have, lpq -a, and other things of what I don't really know the meaning), but the job is still stuck at the pr
I have 75 iterations of the same job and want to get rid om them. I used to be able to find a printer queue sub-windsw but can't find it now. Have tried with Kubuntu 12.04, 12.10,and 13.10. Printer HPLJ 3330. I don't think it's the LJ--I left it unplugged from house current for two days and nothing went away.
I have set up pritning on a printer connected to a remote windows 7 machine.
When I print a document, I get a message on the bottom task bar saying it is printing, but the print doesn't get sent to the printer. I then bring up Print Settings, select the printer and use Printer > View Print Queue.
