http://forums.androidcentral.com – I just bought a shiny new HTC one and am super pleased with it. A friend of mine (who has an iphone 5) recently told me that I should let the battery fully drain 4-5 times and fully charge it to 100% from 0% during the first couple of weeks - and then do it once a month thereafter to prolong the battery life. I did a search on this forum and people's opinions on this seem scattered. (HowTos)
http://forums.androidcentral.com – I know this has probably been asked a million times over but I am at my wits end trying to decide on a phone for my Verizon to AT&T swap. I was leaning heavily on the Nexus 4 but I have played with the HTC One, SGS 4, and Optimus G Pro. All of these have their pros and cons. The thought of a true Nexus phone excites me as I currently use the 'fake' Galaxy Nexus. (HowTos)

http://crunchbang.org – Github is the most obvious suggestion. Great for pet projects and/or collaborative work, but a bit overkill for just storing personal dotfiles though. If it's just basic cli stuff (vimrc, emacs, ncmpcpp, conkyrc, wm.conf, etc) then something like dotshare.it would probably be sufficient. (HowTos)
http://crunchbang.org – NOT... Hi there, I'm happy to start my next Linux journey with Crunchbang after a few years of the easy distros. I heard good things about the community and crunchbang as a great 'intermediate' distro, so here I am. I'll post an intro once I can complete the install. I have been running a single boot Linux install on my Macbook Pro 5,5 for a few years. (HowTos)
