Is there a way to clear this list, to remove specific items from the list, or disable the "Recent" function altogether? The menu button doesnt work on this screen, so there is no option to clear or delete from the list. (General)

My phone can see my PC in the list of "Nearby devices," but it takes an absolute age (about 3 minutes) to load my songs (about 4,700) and when I try to play a song, it just sends me to the playlist screen rather than actually playing it. I got superuser on the phone and s-off when the process was complete, but root apps won't work, and root checker says that I don't have proper root access. The phone works fine just no root. There are apps that supposedly boost the signal of the phone. Well ever since I have ran it I have yet to have the signal issues that I ran into!
