Starting over, I should have had a prompt to connect with gmail and download my contacts, but this didn't happen. My People app is unpopulated, so I chose to connect to "sign into an account". Once that settled down, I went onto YouTube and found I had lost every one of my videos that I had built up over a good few months. Is this a google thing or a Win 8 thing??. Why do Apple and Android assume everyone wants and desperately needs fb or twitter. Personally I wish they would cease to exist. (General)

I recently purchased a new one off a friend, which was listed as unlocked. After putting the SIM card in, it seems to work great, although after usage I have discovered the network randomly cuts out. It will drop calls, or not let me make them at all. The data won't work. (General)

I've downloaded the pdf file from the web and it displays perfectly on the laptop. But the same file displays in very low res on the RAZR and is therefore unusable. The file on the phone is the same size as the copy on the laptop: both are 3.5Mb, so no data has been lost. (General)
