[xubuntu] No Touchpad Logitech diNovo Edge PS3 Karmic Koala 9.10view story

http://ubuntuforums.org – This question has already been asked, but so far, the solutions are either old or ineffective. Here's the deal. I'm running Xubuntu 9.10 on my PS3. So far, it's been great with only one caveat - my Logitech diNovo Edge keyboard/mouse doesn't work. Now, I have already figured out that getting this thing to work with the built in bluetooth is pointless. (Hardware)

[mythbuntu] USB TV card stops workingview story

http://ubuntuforums.org – Hi I've got a problem in Karmic where my USB TV cards stop working. I wondered if the USB port was going to sleep so I passed usbcore.autosuspend=-1 as a kernel parameter. This has not remedied the problem. Here is the relevant part of my dmesg: [12515.611372] usb 2-2: USB disconnect, address 2 [12515.611613] af9015: bulk message failed:-22 (8/0) (Hardware)

[all variants] USB host to host adapterview story

http://ubuntuforums.org – Is there such a thing as a USB host-to-host adapter that will make a local drive on a Ubuntu box appear as just a FAT32 volume on the other host? I'm trying to trick a media player (a slingbox) in to thinking my NAS is attached to it via USB. Thanks, Flatus (Hardware)

[kubuntu] karmic: nvidia brightness and power managementview story

http://ubuntuforums.org – Brightness control via System Settings->Power Management doesn't work anymore when I install the NVIDIA proprietary driver, it does work with the 'nv' driver. I have a tool nvclock that I can use to control the brightness, can this be integrated into the Power Management tool? Another problem is that the Fn+BrightnessUp and Fn+BrightnessDown buttons don't work. (Hardware)
