USB Devices read-only in Maverickview story

http://www.linuxquestions.org – Hi there, I have a 7 port USB hub that is connected to my Dell GX260 that was working perfectly until the other day. I have Maverick running on the pc and before that Lucid. I had no problems read/writing to USB Flash drives that were plugged into the hub. Now I can only write to them through Nautilus (root), otherwise it tells me 'permission denied'. Any help would be appreciated. (HowTos)

Right now on my Mac Mini I've got:1) EFI2) OSX3) #!4) $HOME5) SWAPI don't really use OSX at all, but I've found it's best to keep a partition available just in case. I kind of hosed my #!, so I was thinking about trying Arch or maybe PCLinuxOS or maybe... well you get the point. (HowTos)
