http://askubuntu.com – Translation I can not access the Internet via my wireless card Ralinkcorp. RT2561/RT61 802.11gPCI with Ubuntu 8.04. I tried everything but cannot make the connection work. Is it possible to use this card in Ubuntu? In WidowsXP this is working fine so its not the card or the router. I would be happy with Ubuntu if I could make the wireless work. Undo bg; Undo putting a process into the background?view story

http://unix.stackexchange.com – I've started a long running and machine hog process. I've hit CTRL-Z to stop it. I've then put it in the background with bg. Oops, I should have restarted with fg so that I could easily stop and start it again. What is the easiest way to stop a process that was just put into the background? (HowTos)
