http://ubuntuforums.org – Well I don't get why you would get a Multi-core processor if it doesn't. If I was using Just Ubuntu would multiple cores really matter as any CPU intensive things (Gaming as an example) that would use multiple cores are non-existent on Ubuntu. I'm also talking about the Physical Limitations of Linux as a whole. Are there any Programs that use multiple cores? (Hardware)

I am using the wired one without the number pad. And ever since I have installed Karmic I realised that the F2 key no longer works to rename files or folders and I can't assign my F3 and F4 keys to do anything at all. (Hardware)

Instead, I'm stuck with system defaults and a max resolution of 800x600 (640x480 after installing the nvidia drivers). I recently updated to Hardy, and switched to the free software radeon driver. After doing some research and tweaking, I managed to get direct rendering working. glxgears now shows decent frame rates (e.g. 1757.013 FPS). (Hardware)
