At that point, if I tried to run the system in normal mode, it just appeared a black screen. On the contrary, running it by recovery mode (resume normal) it runned fine. (Hardware)

I have recently upgraded from 10.4 through 10.10, 11.4 to 11.10 with a few days between each step. The first 2 of these went perfectly, 11.4 told me that for some reason it could not install unity and I would have the classic screen, which was just fine. The last upgrade to 11.10 did install unity, which looks like a lear (Hardware)
