I have wireless KB/MS and they are connected by USB, I have enabled all "wake on" f(x)'s in the BIOS so the mouse in the attic should be able to wake it. With XP I could close the lid of my latop to put the machine into "suspend/hynernate" and lift the lid to take it out of that state. I can't do the same when using Ubuntu. Full install freezes right after log on and live install freezes right after start up. Ideas? Fail safe mode? Video drive issues? I'm a bit of a newbie here so hand holding might be necessary.
