[ubuntu] Problem Mounting Second External HDDview story

http://ubuntuforums.org – I am trying to mount a second HDD, but it won't let me do it. I'm not sure if it's trying to mount to the same place as the first HDD, or if it's just me being a ditz. My first HDD mounted straight away, so I'm afraid that I only know the below ways to mount a volume. This is the error message I got when I plugged it in, and when I tried right-click - Mount. [ubuntu] Which mobo brands support Ubuntu/linuxview story

http://ubuntuforums.org – Hi: I'd like to know which motherboard brands support Utbuntu/linux? I just bought & installed an Asus which wouldn't boot after having loaded Ubuntu. I had it replaced - and with the same results. A line comes up saying it can't find the boot device. I've built 3 systems with Ubuntu in the past with no problems, so I figure it's got to be the board not supporting Linux. (Hardware)

[ubuntu] Cheap Ubuntu Compatible Wireless all-in-one Printerview story

http://ubuntuforums.org – I currently have a Dell v305w wireless inkjet printer. After many anguishing hours of research, I dispairedly admitted the truth behind the opensource printing site stating that this printer is simply not compatible with open source operating systems and consequently a decorative paperweight. My question is if anybody knows of a cheap ubuntu compatible wireless all-in-one printer. (Hardware)
