VNC eternal ip address problem.view story

http://www.linuxforums.org – I've installed vnc4server on Ubuntu server edition....i've opened ports 5800 and 5900 on the router now i can access vnc server from the external ip address on ubuntu but when i try to access it on any other client such as my windows machine i can't use the external ip address......what is happening this is really weird.......i'm using tightvnc client as the client which isn't a problem because i (HowTos)
