Wine 0.9.45 is available!

This is release 0.9.45 of Wine, a free implementation of Windows on Unix.

What's new in this release:

- Many improvements to the crypto dlls (should make iTunes work).
- The usual assortment of Direct3D improvements.
- A number of fixes to sound support.
- Many more WordPad features.
- Lots of bug fixes.
